Robert Frostad

Rolf has 28 years experience from the consulting and finance industry, as well as from operational management roles. Throughout his carrier he has worked with companies in severe restructuring needs, due to strategic, technological, market, and or proprietary changes.


Prior to Ontogeny, Rolf held the position as director and leader of Bearing Points´ “Digital & Strategy” practice in Oslo, where he led projects within strategy, business development and digital innovation. He also contributed to building Accenture's Strategy practice in Oslo, and worked at McKinsey. Rolf spent nine years in Arcus ASA, – of which six years in corporate management, where he held the position as VP Strategy & Business Development.


Rolf has broad industry experience, with focus on companies within consumer goods, retail, finance and ICT. Throughout his career he has built up significant insight into the interface between technology and business.


Rolf holds a double bachelor in business economics and information science from the university of San Diego, and an MBA from INSEAD.
